TSR are recruiting for an experienced Construction Administrator, for our client, a leading housebuilder based in the Birmingham area.
You will assist the Construction Secretary to help coordinate key aspects of the department's operation and procedure - no day is the same in this fast-paced department. You will have previous experience of working as an administrator within a construction business before.
Main Duties:
Produce letters, reports and programmes using Microsoft Office packages, COINS & the NHBC Portal
Helping to maintain efficient processes and supporting compliance
Support Construction Meetings and Events
Assist with the production of site set ups
Log and maintain Site Toolbox Talks
Collate Weekly Site Paperwork
Order Uniform and Stationery for site
Maintain an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system
Be familiar with the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
Scanning, Photocopying, Printing, Filing and Site Post
You must be/have:
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English
Experience of working in an office environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to communicate with colleagues of varying seniority
Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge
In return you will receive a basic salary between £25,000 - £27,000 + Bonus and company benefits.
