Job Title: MFL Teacher (Modern Foreign Languages)

GSL Education is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher to work in a secondary school in Peterborough. This role is ideal for a skilled teacher who can inspire students and deliver engaging Modern Foreign Languages lessons, with a focus on fostering confidence and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
* Teach MFL lessons (French, Spanish, or both, depending on specialism) across KS3 and KS4
* Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Encourage a positive learning environment and a love for languages
* Work collaboratively with the MFL department and wider staff team
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Specialism in MFL (French and/or Spanish preferred)
* Experience teaching MFL at secondary level (KS3 & KS4; KS5 desirable)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passion for languages and student progress
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
