Recruitment Resourcer – Renewable Energy Join NetZero Global – a fast-growing, people-first renewable energy recruitment partner. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Team, supporting the people behind renewable energy projects. What You’ll Do · Source and screen candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases · Write and manage engaging job adverts and track candidate applications · Build strong relationships with candidates in the renewable energy space · Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded in our CRM · Understand and verify candidate authorisations, tickets, and role requirements · Support consultants by delivering strong candidate shortlists quickly and efficiently What We’re Looking For · Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales (preferred) · Confident communication and excellent organisational skills · A proactive and ambitious attitude · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team If you’re confident, driven, and looking to build a career in a high-growth sector—we want to hear from you.
