1. Valid management card (CSCS)
2. SMSTS
3. First Aid
4. Must have proven retail knowledge and experience as a site manager
5. Ability to manage a team of operatives
6. Knowledge within the fit out sector – desirable
7. Strong communication and management skills
8. Working references required
