Care at Home Assistants 3-Month Contracts (with extension potential) - ASAP start

The Role
You will provide person-centred care and support, helping individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. This includes supporting people in their own homes and within care environments.
Key Duties
* Assist with personal care and daily living activities
* Support individuals to stay connected with family and community
* Administer or prompt medication and maintain accurate records
* Work in line with care plans and contribute to their development
* Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control practices
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Experience in adult care (elderly care and/or learning disabilities)
* Experience in community or residential settings
* SSSC registration
Skills & Knowledge
* Person-centred approach
* Medication administration experience
* Moving & Handling training
* Adult Support & Protection awareness
* Infection Prevention & Control knowledge
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
Other Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Ability to work flexible shifts (early, late, night)
* Willingness to share accommodation (when required)
