The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that support Frontiers strategies and strengthen engagement with growers, suppliers, and wider stakeholders. This role sits at the heart of our evolving campaign-driven operating model and plays a pivotal part in ensuring marketing activity is strategically aligned, insight-led, and consistently executed across all channels. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, commercial, digital, and technical teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring activity is coordinated, measurable, and delivers tangible commercial impact. This role also includes stepping up as one of the marketing teams two managers, supporting team development, allocating work across campaigns, and contributing to the wider stewardship of the function. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, content and paid advertising. Confident in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) to inform decision-making. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Creative thinker who can translate strategy into compelling, relevant campaign activity. Results-driven with a clear understanding of lead generation and ROI. Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Experience working in agriculture, B2B marketing or technically-led industries. Understanding of campaign-planning methodologies or structured marketing frameworks. Your Role Key Responsibilities include: 1. Campaign Strategy & Planning Oversee the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business and regional objectives. Build campaign frameworks, messaging, timelines, and execution plans in collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Communications teams. Develop engaging, insight-led campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences. Ensure activity ladders up to the wider commercial strategy, regional priorities, and Frontiers brand positioning. 2. Campaign Execution & Delivery Manage multi-channel campaign execution across digital, social media, email, events, content, PR, and paid advertising. Oversee creation of campaign assets including copy, imagery, video, collateral and thought-leadership content. Coordinate activity across internal delivery specialists (content, social, design, digital) and external partners or agencies. Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints. 3. Performance, Measurement & Optimisation Monitor campaign effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other data platforms. Track KPIs including engagement, conversions, lead quality, and ROI. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation and insight analysis to improve performance. Produce regular reports and recommendations to refine future activity. 4. Team Leadership & Collaboration Act as one of two marketing managers within the team structure, supporting the Head of Brand & Marketing in leading the function. Provide day-to-day direction to team members, working across campaigns in an agile model. Support skill-building across the team and help shape efficient ways of working that support the new campaign-driven model. Collaborate closely on campaign planning and broader marketing activity. 5. Cross-Functional Partnership Develop strong relationships with Sales, Product, Digital, Technical and Commercial teams to ensure marketing activity reflects business priorities. Support supplier-side activity in partnership with our Corporate Communications Manager, as this responsibility grows. Ensure compliance with internal processes and, where required, coordinate with colleagues responsible for evolving compliance ownership. 6. Governance, Budget & Process Manage campaign budgets, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within agreed costs. Support development of campaign best-practice, templates, workflows and standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of how marketing planning, briefing and evaluation processes operate.
