Our clients are seeking a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or experienced Mortgage Advisor with a minimum CeMAP 1 qualification or above, to work in a well-known Estate Agents in the Guildford area.
The position will be based in the Guildford office, with leads provided from the Estate Agency team.
Working hours:
1. Full Time
2. Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)

3. Basic Salary £22,000 - £28,000

5. OTE £45,000 - £55,000 year 1
6. Year 2 onwards £60,000 +

Mortgage Advisor requirements:
11. Driven to achieve targets and have the ability to offer excellent customer service.
12. Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent signups.
13. Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification
14. Full UK Driving license.
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
15. Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
16. Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
17. Chasing potential leads and generating new business
18. Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
