Our Network Control team have an opportunity for you to join as our new Telemetry Configuration Technician!
In this exciting role, you’ll be given the opportunity to build a career in an area focused on our Telemetry estate learning about and understanding the maintenance and operation of all Telemetry associated asset and signal data within the Company Systems.
You’ll be provided with excellent training to enable you to excel and also work closely with site owners and other key stakeholders. With the added bonus of being supported by a brilliant team and the opportunity to create an excellent career path.

Responsibilities
* You’ll be working with internal and external stakeholders to support the commissioning of new telemetry outstations as well as facilitating any changes/mods the business requires.
* Contribute to stakeholder activities that builds and maintain effective telemetry-based organisation, creating collaborative working relationships across the business.
* Ensure telemetry requests comply with telemetry standards, identifying and required changes and action approved changes to agreed timescales.
What you’ll bring to the role
We’re seeking our new Telemetry Configuration Technician and you’ll be comfortable getting involved in a front-line team, ensuring service levels are managed both on the help desk and E2E phone line and Service Now.
To be successful, you’ll ideally have previous technical experience and an interest in IT. Knowledge of Power BI/SQL would be beneficial.
