As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Specialist to uphold our commitment to excellence in furniture finishing.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical knowledge and experience with various hand and power tools. As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying coatings and finishes to products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
Duties
* Operate spray equipment to apply paints, stains, and other finishes on various surfaces.
* Hand apply stains and finishes to customers samples
* Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary.
* Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
* Assist in the assembly of components as required during the production process.
