British Gymnastics is seeking an Athlete Leader who will play a critical role in the World Class Programme. The position supports gymnasts and coaches by embedding Collective Accountability and enhancing athlete engagement in high-performance settings.
This full-time role, fixed-term to March 2028, includes 37 hours weekly, a salary of £30,000 per annum, and offers extensive leave plus wellbeing hours. You’ll work from Lilleshall National Sports Centre and remotely.
