Responsibilities
* Supervise and support daily front‑of‑house operations.
* Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high service standards.
* Ensure all guests receive outstanding hospitality from arrival to departure.
* Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining health & safety standards.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
* Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service coordination.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Hands‑on, customer‑focused attitude with attention to detail.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Food & beverage knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., food safety) are a plus.
