How You Will Make An Impact
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly support equipment uptime, product quality, and team productivity—helping us deliver on our promise to customers every single day.
Your Tasks
* Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
* Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
* Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain safety and operational standards
* Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to address recurring issues and support continuous improvement
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
* Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades
* Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
The Environment
* Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must always be adhered to.
* Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
* Multiple shifts available, including potential overtime and weekend work
* Work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around machinery
* The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.

Your profile
What You Bring To The Role
* 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
* Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills and a sense of urgency
* Comfortable using hand and power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
Additional Ways To Stand Out
* 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
* Completion of a technical program in industrial machine/ maintenance technology, manufacturing technology or other related field
* Experience with PLCs, VFDs, or automation systems
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing or TPM methodologies
* Willing and able to work off-shifts and/or weekends
