Job Description
1. Ensure all artwork/products meet or exceed quality requirements and customer expectations.
2. Operate various printers and plotters (digital print machines, vinyl plotters, etc.).
3. Use software programs, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other creative tools.
4. Maintain, record, and order sufficient studio stock levels to match or predict production needs.
5. Maintain and clean all relevant equipment promptly.
6. Provide, promote, and maintain high standards of customer service.
7. Support all roles/departments within the company as needed to meet business needs.
8. Follow all company instructions, including verbal instructions from your line manager, written memorandums, health & safety policies, and employee handbook.
9. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure product consistency, including effects, color matching, and production efficiencies.
10. Follow all production protocols and procedures to ensure high product quality and performance.
11. Adhere to departmental health & safety procedures daily.
12. Report any deviations from production protocols, errors, or product abnormalities to your line manager.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience with digital print machine operation preferred.
2. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
3. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
