Lester Cladding North West is looking to hire a Vehicles & Plant Co-Ordinator to join our team.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual, with strong initiative and organisational skills, the ability to work independently without guidance and with office experience, to join our small office team
No previous construction experience is required, however, wanting to learn about the industry and the ability to learn quickly is required.
Experience with plant or vehicles is preferable, but not mandatory.
Plant & Vehicles, Safety & Compliance:
· Ensuring internal plant, such as MEWPs, Telehandlers and Lifting Equipment are tracked on the system and any breakdowns are fixed as a priority to ensure the smooth running of site.
· Ensuring all vehicles & MEWPs have in date MOT's, Tax, Services, Tachographs & LOLER's where applicable.
· LOLER's are a mandatory legal requirement, and care and attention must be made at all times to ensure we stay compliant.
· Hiring of plant from external suppliers, such as MEWPs, Telehandlers and Cranes, as and when required.
· Hiring of containers and skips from external suppliers, raising purchase orders, logging on a system and securing best price at all times.
Working with our Digital Software, Inndex:
· Responsible for managing our digital health and safety platform, Inndex. This includes creating projects, approving & vetting inductions ensuring relevant training certificates are uploaded and in date, uploading plant and relevant Loler certification.
· Responsible for the tracking of all stock items, and their movement to/from site. Ensuring all kit is captured on Inndex and assigned to the relevant responsible person/s.
Facilities and Other:
· Assisting with procurement requirements, including ad-hoc orders of renewable materials, new tools, machinery and various fixed asset additions. Note, on occasions you will know little about the item you are ordering, and it will be your responsibility to take the request from a Contracts Manager/Operations Manager/Director, and liaise with suppliers (as opposed to leaning on another team member) to find the most suitable & cost effective product.
· Ordering of vehicle fuel, vehicle adblue and renewable parts for vehicles and arranging vehicle's valets.
· When required answering and transferring incoming calls to the relevant department.
· Scanning in of documents/filing digitally accordingly.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm, Friday: 8am-4pm.
· It is essential that you can speak and write professional English to a high standard for this role.
· Training will be provided at our HQ in Buckley, North Wales. There will be a requirement to attend training 2-3 days per week for the first month. Travel expenses will be reimburse.

Pay: £25,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
