Service Delivery Manager - Huddersfield
£55,000 + Car Allowance + Additional Benefits
We're working with a well-established organisation who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to take responsibility for leading and developing a large operations team. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day service delivery with longer-term improvement and resilience planning.
Profile:
We're looking for a confident leader with experience managing operational or service-focused teams, ideally within a complex or high-volume environment. You'll need strong people skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a track record of delivering results while keeping teams engaged and motivated.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for ensuring high standards of service across a busy, customer-focused function, leading a sizeable team and making sure performance targets are consistently achieved. This includes:
* Overseeing daily operations and resource planning.
* Driving service quality and efficiency in line with agreed KPIs.
* Supporting and developing staff through training, coaching, and cross-skilling.
* Managing escalations, problem-solving quickly, and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen resilience across the team.
