We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Care Manager to lead customer support operations across the EMEA region. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about driving service excellence, building high-performing teams, and deepening customer relationships in a technical or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the EMEA customer care team, fostering a culture of responsiveness and continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular in-person engagement across the region.
* Drive aftermarket growth through service, spare parts, and modernization opportunities.
* Support the development of new Regional Operating Centers and align with global service standards.
* Lead site visits and audits to identify and deliver value-added solutions.
Requirements:
* 7+ years in customer care or technical service leadership within OEM, industrial, or food machinery sectors.
* Proven success in managing regional teams and customer engagement.
* Experience with CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems.
* Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) across EMEA.
* Multilingual (English plus additional EMEA languages) preferred.
