Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to join their small but rapidly growing team in Eynsham. This is a newly created, varied role designed for someone who enjoys being the "operational heartbeat" of a business taking on unexpected new projects and supporting the team in general. The Role Supporting the Business Operations Officer, the successful candidate will handle a wide range of responsibilities that keep the office running smoothly. This role offers huge potential for the right person to truly make it their own. Key Responsibilities Include: * Operational Coordination: Liaising with property managers, managing visitor passes, and handling post and office supplies. * HR & Onboarding: Providing essential HR admin support, including coordinating new starters and ensuring a seamless welcome. * Finance Admin: Looking after basic bookkeeping on Xero, with a particular focus on managing credit card expenses. * Health & Safety: Taking ownership of H&S obligations, keeping records up to date and organising any necessary training. * Logistics & Events: Booking staff travel and coordinating the team’s quarterly social events. * Board Support: Arranging board meetings, coordinating director schedules, and organising refreshments.
