Finance Software Trainer / Associate Trainer (Remote)
£40,000 – £45,000 | Fully Remote
We are working with a growing SaaS finance software business looking to hire within their Adoption & Enablement team. They are open to candidates at both Associate and Trainer level depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a finance/accounting background and experience within a finance software / ERP vendor environment who enjoys training, onboarding, and helping customers get the most from systems.
The Role
* Deliver online training sessions to finance users and clients
* Support customers through month-end, VAT, and year-end processes
* Provide onboarding, refresher training, and user support
* Help customers improve processes and adopt best practice
* Deliver group sessions, workshops, and customer enablement training
* Work closely with Customer Success and wider product teams
About You
* Finance or accounting background (practice or industry)
* Strong understanding of accounting processes and finance workflows
* Experience working within a finance software, ERP, or SaaS vendor environment
* Previous software training, onboarding, support, or enablement experience
* Confident communicator comfortable delivering training sessions
* Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
