Job Description

My client, based in Nottingham are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their small marketing team on a FTC for 18 months. You will play a key role in driving growth across both B2B and B2C markets. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate new business opportunities.
This is a hands-on role suited to a marketer who can manage campaigns end-to-end-from concept through to execution and performance analysis-with a strong emphasis on testing, learning, and continuous optimisation.


Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, PPC, paid social, SEO, content, and events, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
2. Content Creation: Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, blogs, and campaign assets.
3. Audience Targeting: Use data to segment audiences, manage contact lists, and deliver highly targeted campaigns that improve engagement and performance.
4. Website Optimisation: Collaborate with the internal web developer to enhance website content, optimise landing pages, and improve user journeys and conversion rates.
5. Sales Enablement: Support sales initiatives with relevant campaign materials and contribute to account-based marketing efforts.
6. Partner Management: Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
7. Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
Marketing Executive Required Skills & Experience
8. Experience in a similar marketing role, with exposure to multiple channels (e.g. PPC, social media, email, SEO, and content).
9. Experience working across both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
10. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
11. Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
14. Confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
15. Analytical, data-driven approach with the ability to evaluate and optimise campaign performance.
