The successful applicant will help staff realise their potential by identifying and developing their Paediatric Nursing Skills.
You will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing training days for department staff.
You will assist newly qualified staff with the trust's preceptorship programme and ensure that appropriate clinical skills training takes place for all members of the nursing team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Paediatric registered nurse to take on the role of Practice Educator on our Paediatric Ward.
You will be organised, have excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task.
You will form links between the Paediatric Ward, Neonatal Unit, Emergency Department, and other departments across the trust to ensure the development of our nurses and care support workers to the highest standard.
