Summary
£14.65 - £15.15 per hour | 35 - 40 hour contract | AM & PM Shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain high standards daily. In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. Our benefits package supports your well-being and work-life balance.

What you'll do
• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
• Manage store operations and team in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management
• Provide excellent customer experience

What you'll need
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to delegate tasks and motivate
• Patience and friendliness, with composure in any situation
• Passion to be a key part of the Store Team
• Proactive and encouraging approach to colleagues' development
