1–5 years Post‑Qualification Experience (PQE), West Midlands – A skilled and talented Commercial Property Solicitor is sought by a leading regional law firm within their growing commercial property team.
**Job Details**
Salary: £40k – £60k
**Key Opportunities**
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters, and investment transactions. You will develop exposure to complex, high‑value matters and build strong relationships with clients.
**Qualifications**
• 1–5 years PQE in commercial property
• Minimum 12 months experience in handling all types of commercial property matters
• Ability to manage a broad range of cases and deliver high‑quality work within a supportive team environment
