We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Cashier/Accounts Manager to join a long-established firm based in Romford, Essex.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in LEAP and XERO accounting software and will play a crucial role in managing the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations using LEAP and XERO software
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
* Oversee banking, reconciliations, and financial transactions
* Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts team
* Handle month-end procedures and produce necessary reports
* Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes
Requirements:
