The University of Wolverhampton at The Halls, reopened in May 2023 with a sold-out concert for Blur. The iconic Grade II listed venue, with a rich musical history, includes the 3,404-capacity ‘The Civic’ and 1,289-capacity ‘The Wulfrun’. Following a major multi-million-pound refurbishment, it now hosts live music and events, revitalizing the Midlands' cultural scene.
We are hiring an Events Operations Assistant to support the General and Deputy General Managers. Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with daily administrative tasks such as venue settlements, invoice logs, updating shared folders and show files, and chasing departments for show-related figures and details.
2. Supporting operational elements of the business by working closely with managers and staff to ensure successful, effective, and profitable events.
3. Creating and issuing contracts and deposit invoices for events.
