Part-Time Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location
Wisbech, Fenland and surrounding areas. Base location will be either North Cambridgeshire Hospital or Doddington Community Hospital.
Role Overview
This post supports Occupational Therapy leadership across Fenland and Wisbech. You will oversee a dedicated community-based therapy team, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. You will work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants, and collaborate with Nursing and Mental Health professionals to ensure holistic care. The position offers an opportunity to utilise advanced clinical, managerial, and community-based skills in a supportive environment.
Key Requirements
* Ability to travel independently around the county, meeting time-sensitive service needs.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (public transport is not suitable for this role).
* Strong teamwork ethic, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
Additional Information
You will lead and motivate a team of Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants, delivering high-quality patient care in the community. Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy colleagues, and provide advanced clinical leadership to support complex patients. The role is under the direction of Rehabilitation Service managers and involved with therapy leads from other organisations within CPFT.
