Inbound Call Centre Operative - Ad hoc shifts
Location: Daventry (fully office based)
Shifts will vary from AM, PM, and nights - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to work as bank staff within a busy call centre in Daventry, covering staff sickness and holidays. You could be called for an AM, PM, OR NIGHT SHIFT, so MUST be flexible with your availability.
This role is ideal for students seeking extra shifts or individuals wanting occasional work to fit around family commitments.
You will handle calls from social services, police, and other official bodies, managing the call, booking appropriate personnel for interviews, and maintaining a diary.
The job involves computer use, handling lots of inbound calls, and working in a fast-paced environment within a small team.
Requirements:
* Must be local to Daventry
* Reliable and flexible to work various shifts
* Excellent communication skills

Benefits:
