* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication within the hotel.
* Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and cleaning logs.
Experience
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential.
* A background in janitorial services is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of cleaning protocols and safety standards.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
