One of our fantastic schools in Merton is seeking a School Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their office and provide vital administrative support to staff, students, and visitors. ✨ Responsibilities: Managing the front desk - greeting parents, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring messages are passed on promptly and efficiently. Supporting with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence. Assisting staff with day-to-day office operations to ensure the smooth running of the school. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. ✅ What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist, admin, or customer-facing role (school experience desirable but not essential).
