Bright Selection is delighted to represent a family run regional provider in their recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager for a medium sized residential care home in the Maidstone area.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing service, currently under development expanding to become a 55bed home. With a Good CQC rating and a stable care team the home is well-positioned for continued success.
Responsibilities
Leadership and management of residential home as CQC Registered Manager
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Knowledge and experienced of working with compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsible for recruitment, supervision and professional development of team
Working with external stakeholders to maintain reputation and networks
Requirements
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within elderly residential or dementia care
Consideration given to strong managers from domiciliary care backgrounds
A solid, stable career history with minimum 2 years in a management positions
Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills
A positive track record with CQC
Passion for high-quality, resident-centred care
