Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: September 4,
End Date: December 19, - TBC
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm
Salary: £14.37ph

Key Responsibilities:
As a Personal Assistant, you will:
1. Undertake and coordinate various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Leadership Team.
2. Keep an overview of the academy's calendar, updating the Leadership Team on new events and changes.
3. Attend meetings and key events as directed, taking accurate notes and ensuring all necessary administration is completed.
4. Keep physical and electronic files organised and updated for easy retrieval of information.
5. Act as an internal and external ambassador, assisting with promotional tours for prospective parents and visitors.
6. Be the friendly face of the academy, ensuring all contacts are dealt with effectively.
7. Liaise with staff, teachers, governors, and external organisations to uphold the academy's corporate image.
What We're Looking For:
8. A proactive and positive individual with outstanding organisational skills.
9. Experience in administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
10. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
11. A genuine commitment to their values and ethos.
12. Previous experience working within a school environment
Essential Qualifications:
13. Enhanced DBS check required.
14. A commitment to supporting our sponsors' vision, Christian ethos, and values, including honesty, respect, and compassion.
