Warehouse SupervisorLocation: NorthamptonHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMPay: £14.00 per hourAre you an experienced and reliable individual with strong leadership skills and a background in warehouse operations? We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficiency, and maintain a safe and organised working environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operationsLead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve targetsMonitor stock control, inventory checks, and order picking accuracyEnsure timely loading/unloading of deliveriesMaintain compliance with health & safety standards and company policiesLiaise with drivers, logistics, and management to streamline operationsComplete reports, records, and documentation as requiredImplement and support continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader roleStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage and motivate a teamUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsIT literate (basic knowledge of warehouse systems or Microsoft Office)Join our Client's team and help drive success through leadership, teamwork, and dedication!
