Rate: PAYE £20.79 per hour | Umbrella £32.00 per hour

About the Role
Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a skilled and motivated Social Worker to join our Bassetlaw Urgent & Emergency Care Team (UEC North). This is a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment where you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs, promoting independence, and facilitating timely hospital discharges.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, completing detailed assessments, and coordinating care plans that focus on individuals’ strengths, wellbeing, and recovery.
