The Role

As a Data Resiliency expert, you'll help ensure continuity and resilience for our clients' critical operations, using cutting-edge technology to recover IT systems and build resilient infrastructure.
Your responsibilities include assessing backup environments, ensuring data security and recoverability, monitoring and optimizing data protection, diagnosing issues through automation and analytics, and creating digital fortresses for clients. You'll also oversee change processes and maintain compliance with standards.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
* Designing solutions compliant with UKI Regulatory requirements (e.g., PRA SS1/21)
* Designing solutions compliant with EU regulations (e.g., DORA)
* Designing solutions following NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains
* Designing full application stack recovery solutions within RPO/RTO
* Providing resilience support for transformation programs
* Advising on disaster recovery best practices and mapping impact tolerances
* Developing technical recovery procedures and supporting enterprise testing
* Holding cloud security certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
* Project leadership and independent work capability
* Open Group certification
* Experience in architectural strategies
* Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
