Landowner Development Solicitor – Birmingham or Nottingham
Salary: £67,000 – £85,000 + Bonus- 3+ PQE

I’m working with a leading multi-office Top 200 law firm seeking a talented solicitor to join their Development team.
You’ll be specialising on the strategic development side, handling:
* Drafting & negotiating promotion agreements
* Landowner collaboration / consortium agreements
* Option agreements for residential & commercial developments of all sizes
The Role:
* Act for both residential & commercial landowners
* Ready-made caseload from day one
* Hybrid working – only 2 days per week in the office
* Part-time considered
* PQE: 3+ years
