Job Title: Packing Operative Location: Chippenham (SN14) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract: Temporary Ongoing gap personnel are currently recruiting for the role of Packing Operative for one of the UK's leading producers of POS & POP solutions for the retail sector and major brands, based in Chippenham. They produce creative, innovative and effective solutions for some of the UK's best-known brands. As a Packing Operative, you will work in a busy packing and gluing department, where you will be responsible for packing products, making boxes, carrying out quality checks, and supporting production operations. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Packing finished products to required standards Making boxes and preparing packaging materials Completing tasks within the packing and gluing department Carrying out quality checks on finished products Supporting production targets and daily workloads Following work orders and client-specific instructions Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Full training provided Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar production or packing role is preferred Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm Overtime: Depending on business volumes, overtime may be available on Saturdays and Sundays, paid at £12.71 per hour.
