Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL
Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Business exams
Track progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to departmental planning
Create a positive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and entrepreneurial skills
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Business Studies in UK secondary schools
Be passionate about business, economics, and student development
Be confident in behaviour management and building strong relationships with students
Be committed to professional growth and collaborative working
