Admin Support Role (Senior Office Administrator)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and well‑organised Senior Office Administrator to support their busy Customer Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to further their career with a leading company and contribute to a friendly and professional team. The office is based in the Aston area.


Key Responsibilities

* General administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
* Answering phone calls and handling general email correspondence
* Assisting with document preparation and internal communications
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting invoicing and orders


Office Admin Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior admin support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
* Advanced Excel User
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
* Able to work independently and as part of a larger team

Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 1.30pm

Pay Rate: Dependent on experience up to £14.00 per hour
