Role Overview The Senior M&E Contracts Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover with knowledge and understanding of mechanical projects. The role focuses on programme management, financial control, quality assurance, client liaison and workforce leadership to ensure profitable and compliant project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction & Planning * Prepare project programmes, sequencing plans and logistics strategies. * Develop procurement schedules and support purchasing/financial planning. * Engage early with supply chain and establish labour/resource strategies. * Attend design meetings and contract reviews; identify potential variations. * Produce operational, quality and health & safety plans. Project Delivery * Monitor progress against programme and implement delay-recovery actions. * Lead procurement of materials and subcontractors in line with company procedures. * Maintain accurate financial tracking, cashflows, orders and reporting. * Review invoices, labour reports and expenses; prepare variations and final accounts. * Manage commissioning, handover documentation and O&M manuals.
