ABOUT YOU: We are looking for Team Members for our Central Production Unit with a bold, fun and friendly personality to bake and make products for sale in our cafes, bars and restaurants, someone who prefers keeping busy, achieves results, takes pride in their work and are has a good eye for detail. 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required. Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member CPU role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts. ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER CPU ROLE: Receiving deliveries, date rotation of stock and correct storage of raw ingredients. Baking bread and pastry products, volume preparation of sandwiches and baguettes. Ensuring presentation to specification and measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
