About The Role
As an IT Support Engineer in the Enterprise IT department you will work with a talented team of IT Engineers in multiple offices across Europe, North America and South America, to deliver the best IT experience to our employees.
You will have first-hand exposure to new technologies, cloud systems and networking infrastructure.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
* Preparing and configuring new hardware for Internal employees.
* Being the first point of contact in your respective office location.
* Resolve internal tickets on our Jira ticketing system.
* Work closely with other teams within the Enterprise IT department.
* Maintain the Asset inventory system to reflect correct data of IT assets.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Essential Skills
* Knowledge of different Operating systems such as Windows,Mac OS, iOS and Android
* Great Communication skills both written and verbal
* Good troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain and improve the current documentation used both internally and by our employees
Nice to have skills
* A good understanding of network principles and protocols.
* Knowledge of Cloud-based environments such as Google Admin and Azure
