Hillside Lodge Care Home is situated in Berwick-Upon-Tweed providing nursing care for up to 50 residents.

We’re looking for a skilled and caring Chef to join our catering team in a role where your cooking doesn’t just nourish it uplifts. In our home, food is more than fuel. 99 per hour

~ Flexible shifts on offer; As Chef, you’ll help ensure that mealtimes are a highlight of the day for our residents. You’ll be part of a team that understands the power of good food and you’ll have the time, ingredients, and support you need to do your best work.
You’ll bring proven culinary skills and a real flair for flavour, along with a practical understanding of food safety, nutrition, and dietary requirements. Experience in a healthcare setting is a bonus, but not essential what matters most is that you’re motivated by care and take pride in what you serve.
You’ll be confident leading the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, and comfortable balancing creativity with compliance.
