I’m supporting a well-established, fast paced business in the Aberdeen area with the appointment of an experienced HR Coordinator to join their growing HR team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, organisation and being at the centre of a busy people and culture function.
The role will support the full employee lifecycle and would suit someone who already has a strong background of HR coordination experience and is looking to continue building their career within HR and would suit someone ready to progress to a Senior HR Coordinator.
What you’ll be involved in:
* Recruitment and onboarding coordination
* HR systems, reporting and data management
* Contracts of employment, employee changes and HR documentation
* Supporting payroll preparation and full employee lifecycle processes
* Training coordination and competency tracking
* General HR support across a busy operational environment
* Supporting culture and wellbeing initiatives
What they are looking for:
* Previous strong HR administration and/or HR coordination experience
* Effective organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Good systems capability across Microsoft Office and HR systems
* A proactive and collaborative approach
* Team Player
CIPD qualification (Preferred) or working towards this would be advantageous.
