Why are we recruiting for this role?
Pod has been established for 12 years, and we’re looking to continue the fantastic growth we’ve seen over the past few years. We have ambitious plans, and want to double in size over the next 3 years.
We have a couple of fantastic opportunities for you to join us on a warm desk in one of our established functions. We will have opportunities for you to work on live roles and with our current clients, but we also want to hire someone who is ambitious to grow something (like us!) and is happy to do business development and account development too.
What are we looking for?
6. An experienced recruiter who sees recruitment as a long-term career, and wants to focus on excellence in everything they do, whilst working in a grown up environment
7. We’d love you to have experience in one of our markets, but we know Supply Chain inside out, so we can teach you that!
8. We’re also open to hearing from people who have worked in Supply Chain or Logistics and want to make the move to recruitment, in particular we’d be interested in someone who has done a Business Development Manager role or Account Management role in a 3PL/logistics/tech provider!
9. Someone who is ambitious and driven – we’ve got big plans and we want someone who can help us get there
10. Someone who places an emphasis on quality – we want someone who really cares about building partnerships with clients and candidates, and who loves to do recruitment in the right way!
11. Someone who is resilient – recruitment isn’t life or death but it’s still tough – we need someone who can bounce back when times are difficult and keep a positive working environment
