We're looking for an experienced
Recruitment Manager
to join a leading professional services firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, lead a talented team, and deliver innovative hiring initiatives that support the companys growth.
Working within a collaborative HR function, you'll play a key role in driving forward projects such as
ATS implementation, employer branding, inclusive hiring practices, and talent community management
. You'll oversee recruitment across corporate functions, act as the escalation point for operational matters, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role combines
team leadership, project delivery, and strategic influence
. You'll have the chance to develop processes, manage supplier relationships, and embed continuous improvement across all recruitment activity.
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment within professional services
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
* Experience leading and developing recruitment teams
* A passion for innovation, inclusive hiring, and leveraging new recruitment tools and tech
