To provide structured operational support to the Sales function by managing CRM, order administration, and event logistics — enabling the Sales Lead to focus on revenue growth, partnerships, and strategic expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in implementing and maintaining a structured CRM system
* Maintain accurate pipeline updates and opportunity tracking
* Ensure all active sales opportunities have updated status and next action recorded
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
* Coordinate order processing and distributor documentation
* Support onboarding of new distributor and retail accounts
* Schedule meetings and track follow-ups
Event Operations
* Coordinate trade show logistics (samples, materials, shipping)
* Prepare sales kits and event documentation
* Log and track event leads in CRM
* Support post-event follow-up tracking
* Assist in basic event ROI tracking
REQUIREMENTS
* A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* Strong written and verbal communication in English
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* High attention to detail, process-driven and disciplined
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and spreadsheets
* Able to work in-office 5 days per week
Preferred
* Previous experience in sales operations or admin support
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
* Background in gaming, consumer electronics, or retail industry
* Experience coordinating trade shows or events
* Experience creating SOPs or process documentation
