Working closely with teachers and the SEND department, youll provide tailored support, deliver engaging interventions, and help create a positive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning across a range of KS3 and KS4 subjects
* Provide one-to-one and small-group interventions based on individual student needs
* Assist students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and focused classroom environment
* Help with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom organisation
What Were Looking For
1. Experience working in a school or educational setting (paid or voluntary)
2. A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic approach
3. A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred, not required)
