The rate of pay is £15.54 per hour. This role offers both full and part-time positions, working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off and the hours of work are: - 6am to 6pm - 6pm to 6am Your Time at Work As a Bakery Operative you will be responsible for: - Deliver the best possible production of our products in alignment with site and customer requirements and standards; ensuring this is maintained across the bakery environment. - To have a high degree of accuracy; fulfil orders in an efficient manner. - Operating and maintaining machinery within the factory as operationally required in accordance with food and health & safety standards and procedures. - Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the working environment, following cleaning best practice procedure. - Completing all hygiene documentation in a timely and accurate manner. - Participating in customer visits and audits as required.
