Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Academy Program Manager to lead our MaSE (Marketing and Sales Excellence) Academy's learning initiatives and drive educational excellence. In this role, you'll oversee the complete lifecycle of our academy programs, from content development to delivery and accreditation. Working closely with Academy Leads, you'll manage content review cycles, coordinate program execution, and ensure the highest quality of learning experiences. You'll also play a key role in maintaining program standards, managing accreditation processes, and supporting academy communications. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with a passion for learning and development.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities include, but are not limited to;
* Overseeing Academy content lifecycle, including tracking review cycles and ensuring timely update
* Supporting and contributing to Academy program delivery by managing logistics (invitations, audience targeting, promotion, and program materials) while leveraging expertise to deliver MaSE content to global audiences
* Managing accreditation processes, maintaining documentation and reporting related to Academy activities
* Supporting Academy communication plans, working closely with Communication specialists
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of Academy programs
Qualifications and required experience
* Experience in program management, learning & development, or educational coordination
* Experience in hosting webinars and small scale events
* Strong knowledge of digital learning platforms and content formats
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in Marketing, Sales &/ or Agronomy is a plus
* Attention to quality while maintaining adaptability, proactivity, and strong collaborative skills in a team environment
Additional Information
There's a preference for the role to be based in Cambridge, but other locations within the UK can be considered.
