Overview
Harrods, Hammersmith, England, United Kingdom — We are looking for a People Analytics Analyst (MI) to join our Workday team at Harrods. The role will work closely with HR Operations and HRIS Teams to deliver key projects and ensure stakeholders have access to the data and insights they need to support processes and drive more efficient, data-based decision making.
Responsibilities
* Shape, build and deliver new reports in Power BI to meet and adapt to changing business needs while adhering to GDPR and data governance guidelines.
* Support the production of the current monthly MI dashboards and help build out further dashboards in line with the HR Reporting & Analytics Strategy.
* Conduct data validation reporting to drive better data accuracy and testing report builds.
* Contribute to the wider development of a data-driven culture across the HR community.
* Build relationships with key user groups within and outside HR to ensure the delivery of high-quality management information that is valuable, insightful and accessible for the end user.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for working with figures, with the ability to dive into details while also understanding the bigger picture. They will have an inquisitive and challenging mindset, always looking to question and improve existing processes.
Experience in workforce reporting from an HRIS application, preferably Workday, is preferred, along with a solid understanding of handling confidential data in compliance with GDPR. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in managing large data sets are essential, as well as expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI. The candidate should be a team player who can manage their own priorities effectively and communicate any conflicting demands clearly and promptly.
