Overview
We are seeking an experienced, positive and dynamic New and Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of automotive sales processes, and excellent communication abilities. Duties
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and dealership targets
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for new and used vehicles
* Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Nissan representatives and other business links
* Conduct regular training sessions on upselling techniques, product knowledge, and CRM utilisation
* Utilise CRM software to track leads, monitor sales progress, and generate reports
* Manage inventory levels in coordination with the procurement team to meet market demand
* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and dealership policies
* Handle escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally
* Organise promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost vehicle sales
Experience
* Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role within the automotive industry
* Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales management tools
* Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
* Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
* Valid driving license
